Hyatt Place Augusta

The hotel was friendly, I loved its welcoming staff. My room was neat and gorgeous, had feather pillows. The bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Had a very nice stay here. I loved the hotel, it's wonderful and the location is ideal the near restaurant Farm Haus has the best burgers. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fantastic to satisfy everyone. The room was tidy, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The employees were helpful and attentive and kept it all clean.

The staff were attentive and friendly. My room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Convenient location for my travel needs 😊

I was so impressed with my spacious room, complete with a cozy sofa bed and luxurious amenities! The pool area was fine-perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. I couldn't get enough of the complimentary breakfast. It was like a gourmet meal every morning, and it set me up for the day!

The Hyatt Place in Augusta really felt cute when I arrived. The staff were friendly and made check-in smooth, despite a slight delay. My room was spacious and clean, and I loved the separate living area. The bed offered great support, and I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice variety, with plenty of hot items, although a couple of them were a bit overcooked. I enjoyed the pool area, but it was on the smaller side and I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it. One big downside was the persistent odor in the lobby. It had a funky smell that lingered throughout my stay. There were times when the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, but improvements with cleaning and Wi-Fi performance would make it much better.
